Delicate aromas of pear blossom, orange zest, and peach combine with a flint dominated forward palate. Notes of tart apple and honeydew melon are smoothed by a glycerin-laced finish with hints of sweet lemon and vanilla. This wine pairs with sushi/sashimi, moderately spiced Thai cuisine or shellfish in a white wine broth.
