A boutique winery in the Yakima Valley that produces high quality, great value wines all from locally grown vineyards. Our current focus is on the Spanish varietals of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Monastrell, Albarino, Verdejo,and Garnacha Blanco. My fundamental goal is to make fun, high quality, affordable wines that partner well with food, family,and friends….. : -)
2010 Albarino (R.S.=0%) 175cs $14.00
This Washington grown Spanish varietal originates from the Rias Baixas region of Spain. It opens with delightful aromas of apricots, white peaches and pears with coinciding flavors throughout this refreshing dry wine.
2009 Tempranillo Rose’ (R.S.=0%) $13.00
A refreshing rose’ with bright complex flavors & aromatics of mixed red/black berries all supported by a long crisp textured creamy mouth feel.
2008 Tres Blancos (R.S.=0%) $15.00
An elegant. dry full-bodied wine with intriguing aromas of gingered pears, peaches, apricots, ”herbal tea”, and honeysuckle. All these aromatics contribute intense spiciness throughout the palate and long finish. Co-fermented:50% Roussanne, 25% Marsanne, & 25% Grenache Blanc.
2008 LH Pinot Gris (R.S.=10.8%) $15.00(375ml) $25.00(750ml)
Luscious ripe melon/pear flavors and aromas abound in this Late Harvest Pinot Gris as it glides over the palate and into a lasting finish of caramelized poached Asian pears and creamy vanilla.
2007 Tempranillo $16.00
This well structured Tempranillo has aromas of ripe plum, black currents/cherries, and underlying brown spices (cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and hints of white pepper). The black fruits follow through on the palate. Bright acidity combined with silky, layered tannins.
2007 Tres Rojas de Mesa (40% Garnacha/30% Monastrell/ 30% Tempranillo) $17.00
This blend of WA grown “Spanish origin” varietals is a deceptively complex wine that opens with aromas of poached cherries, plums, currants, vanilla, and smokey spices. All these aromatics follow throughout the palate and intertwine to create a long lasting celebration of flavors!
